The Interrupted Discourse (0.65х0.65m, canvas, oil, 2008) -

When in childhood something anomalous happens with children, it greatly disturbs their parents.  Is their child mentally sound?  But, as a rule, children of up to seven years of age can see the other world and, if they are not soothed down, they will cry, frightened by the advent of the “Aliens”.  I did not tell my Mom about my visions for reasons I cannot comprehend.  By my journeys to the window-sill could not be concealed.
They called me to the window, and we peacefully conversed.  Each time Mom watchfully woke up at night, listening to my breathing.  But it was not always she could hear it.  And, getting up, she used to find me on the window-sill.  Since at that time the idea about the sleep-walkers existed, she considered me to be the same.  Although in her childhood in the mornings she used to find herself in such places where nobody could understand how she had gotten there.
Depicted in the picture is the moment, when Mom interrupted my conversation.  Behind the lace curtain in the right corner, in the disk, St. George the Victorious is painted.  I took a photo of him in India.  He hovered in plasma over my hotel.  The photograph is attached.  The picture is called “The Interrupted Discourse”.  The dimensions of the picture are 0.65 m x 0.65 m. The picture is sold and helps new owners to keep harmony of the soul and preserves against negative energy.
